Verizon has got to be the worst 

there web site is filled with so much useless crap 

and is so user unfriendly ALL I WANT TO DO IS PAY MY BILL 

NOT BE BOMBARDED BY YOU POLITICAL GREEN BULLHONKY

I'm sorry that you do not support our green initiative for paperless billing. Next time that comes up simply click the option that says "No thanks, continuing to My Verizon". If you do this you will not be asked this again (unless you clear your cookies).
