My goodness it's their system. They've set it to **bleep** the word:
Verizon wireless and Verizon are two different entities. With Verizon sharing ownership of Verizon wireless with Vodafone.(Vodafone owns 45% of Verizon Wireless)
Verizon wireless service is a night and day difference from Verizon..
Plus Verizon offers the HTC Incredible which is a much better phone than the iPhone 4 is and Verizon wireless has a much better network than ATT.
As far as FiOS, this happens alot, but in the end it is worth it. I went through the same stuff in 2007. But I received credits and free premium services for my trouble. FiOS is so much better than the other providers in our area.
