A mistake was done during the installation and Verizon sent me a new DVR via UPS. How do I return the old box to Verizon?
Put your old box and its power cord in the shipping container your new box came in. There will be a return UPS label to put on the outside covering the original UPS sticker. Then bring it to any UPS location for free pre-paid shipping back to us.
