To answer from a somewhat different perspective than KaLin, as is clearly stated here in the Forums, this is a user-helping-user forum. It appears to me that pretty much every one of your posts is demanding Verizon provide BBC America HD or complaining that the "customer support department" doesn't respond to your demands. How do you expect other customers to answer those demands? Hint: we can't.

Now, if you actually need some help from other customers, please pick the appropriate topic area here, search first to see if your question has already been answered (many, maybe most questions really have already been answered and are in the data base here), and if you don't find the answer by searching, then post your question. I am sure someone here will be happy to help you.

Now, if you just want to berate Verizon, I suggest you call them on the phone, use the Chat function, send them an email, or send them a snail mail. One of those paths will be the best way for you to get an answer from Verizon. Or I guess you could send Verizon the strongest message possible by just canceling your service.

I just want an employee of the customer service department to respond to my concerns.

It really does not matter what the specific issue is.  I have posted in the specific issue forum already.  The point is that Verizon's customer service does not exist.  I have called, I have chatted, I have posted.  ALL they have ever said to me is I need to post my issue in the forums where Verizon employees will respond.   They don't.  

If you are happy with the service, good. However, I will continue to post my issue in as many forums as possible until someone in customer service will act like a customer service employee and responsibly answer my concern.

Wow, you are really on top of things aren't you, you post your rant on 3/29, you get two replies on 3/29, and now on 4/18 it is so urgent and important?

If you want an employee to respond to your concerns, then you need to express your concerns to Verizon, not to other customers. This site is very clearly labeled as "users-helping-other-users"; we are not Verizon employees, it really doesn't matter what someone supposedly told you via chat, call, or post; if you want to communicate with someone at Verizon directly, used the supported communiction tools which you have already been made aware of.

Now, again, if you want help here in the forums, you need to post what your issues are. Yes it does matter what the specific issue is. I feel sure none of us is going to go searching for some complaints you may have made some time in the past (at least I know I am not going to). So I think the ball is in your court, post what your issues are, and hopefully someone can help you.

Based on his/her history, watcher's complaint seems to be that Verizon hasn't added BBC HD yet.

Verizon has already said they would add it. You are not going to get any more specifics on when, I guarantee it.

Wait for it, or don't. No one here or at any level of reachable support will be able to tell you when it will be implemented. Those decisions are not made by the people that talk to customers.

somegirl - I wasn't following all of this but this is all over adding BBC in HD?  Good grief!  As for specifics of when certain HD stations will be added, there won't be answers on that and I surmise that would be similar to not knowing when certain areas will receive the rollout of an IMG upgrade.

I'm learning but some of these posts I'm not even bothering to read anymore.
