Does anyone know how to get a Verizon technician to your home? Techs have tried to fix it on line, taking control of laptop & desktop. Now my laptop doesn't work. I have to unplug & replug to get the internet and I'm directly wired to the modem with my desktop, something I didn't have prior to DSL. I was to get a call back from a technician 24-48 hrs. from my 2 hr. phone call with them on 7/27; still no work and apparently no ticket showing up. Not a happy customer and I'm hoping someone can give me some answers on how to get a person out to resolve the issue. Thanks.
