Internet but no phone service

I currently do NOT have any phone service in the house, my wife and I just use our cell-phones. Will this be a problem in trying to get Internet?

Unless I am mistaken:

#1 They call that dry loop DSL.

#2 And, it will cost you extra money (for example With telephone service 24.99 but without telephone service 28.99).

Since I do not know the amount difference, someone else can tell you the amount, that is extra.
