Besides 1-800-VERIZON and recommending a call during the afternoon on Monday to Friday, I could maybe see if I could help here. Would you be able to explain what's going on with your connection? Be sure not to share any personal info such as a phone number. I won't have a use for that and plus this is a public forum.
