Hello again don't know how to re-do or add to last post so we have been trying to re-download our Verizon Security Mcafee Package. We know what's wrong we have all ready downloaded package 3 time's. Now how do we fix this problem ? Also we can not log on to our Modem to add a password ? Thank you'll Blessed day.

You don’t want any Verizon security suite by McAfee unless you want a program that will hog resources, slow down your computers, block sites without your ok, and takes a technician years to get rid of. It’s not a good program. Don’t install it.
192.168.1.1 is the address to gain access to your router. You put in the user name and the password that is located on your router. Why do you want to access the router? Verizon does not use modems, routers only.
Hello sorry yes our Router we like to make stronger password's on everything but Tk's for info. We have been paying for there security suite so we want to use it for rest month then maybe cancel it. Can't get no help here in our state's all our call's goes to INDIA. Plus we pay for there so called best support. Thank you for your help Take care Blessed day.
