Actiontect unit GT704 - One Mac wired to it, one PC wired and printer too. Two other MAC products use built in Airport to access. Have a TIVO unit using a wireless network adapter.
A couple of afternoons about 4p.m. the DSL cuts out - usually for a couple of hours. When I call in, the front line folks say they are able to 'see me' and everything should be OK . Go through the standard B/S of doing the hokey pokey and still nothing - then several hours later it comes back up.
Any clues? I am thinking of taking the TIVO off-line to see if it might be the issue - when it was connected to the house phone it would do the dial out to get programing - could that be the same idea with mucking up the works?
