Why can't I get a call center within the United States where the technician can understand and speak english?

Ask to be transferred to someone who can speak English clearly. They have a group specifically for customers who can't understand the agents that have accents.

I went through 4 agents last night and I asked to be transferred and I got no where. They ask for a number in case you get disconnected; twice I got disconnected and never once received a call back. I had to call back and go through all the prompts again. And with each new agent I get they want to walk me through the sane thing the previous agent already walked me through. One tells me its my new computer and the wireless connection within computer is faulty so I turn on my new netbook computer and it can't connect so I asked is this computer broke too? NOT one agent could give me straight answers, it was more like a guessing game with them. I pay for something and I can't get the help I need to fix it.
