Signed up for Gigabit Internet and the Black Friday Bonus was a year of Prime. Got the e-mail to redeem, which resulted in an error. Talked to CSR who said to try next week. Tried this week and it takes me to My Profile page with no link to redeem. Tried chatting with someone who was no help.
