Hi--After I changed the name of one of my computers, I can no longer see a list of my network devices. It just says "scanning". What should I do?

Yes. I am on DSL, same router for whole house, which is also my office. I made a mistake--should not have renamed my new PC by going onto the Verizon network page. Realized too late and now I think it keeps scanning endlessly because of the mistake. As you can tell, I don't know what I am doing and should just have left it alone.

If you're talking about the "Network Scan" bit that appears on the main page, what probably happened is the rename caused the process responsible for that in the modem to crash. A reboot of both the modem and the renamed PC should fix that.
