Wow, just that many system DNS Servers your computer is setup for.
#1 Maybe I am losing my mind or reading that wrong.
#2 But seriously let us find out for sure how many DNS Servers you have and what they are.
a) Go to https://store.opendns.com/setup/operatingsystem/windows-xp
b) Follow from steps there from step 1 to step 5.
c) Go to Advanced
d) Go to the DNS Tab.
#3 Either:
a) Show a screen shot of that.
b) After you record/document what they are, delete all of them - and use 151.197.0.38 and 151.197.0.39 as your DNS Server(s). Then try again to access that site of yours.

No problem here.
More importantly, where are you located network address-wise. First two octets of your IP address. It's been a while since there have been problems reported reaching sites. A year or more ago, such problems were often related to new address blocks put into service. VZ has gotten better at notifying other providers, I guess.
To rule out a DNS problem, see if you can get there from here. http://69.167.135.37/
Also, try a traceroute to the same address.

Thanks so much. I can now reach the http://69.167.135.37/
but it will not let me sign in using my user ID and password.
Where would I find first two octets of my IP address?
It won't let me sign in to my site at carolynann.250free.com
Any suggestions? Thanks for getting me this far.

#1 Go to https://www.grc.com/x/ne.dll?bh0bkyd2
#2 Since there is more than one IP Address on that page, the first two octets of the IP Address that is below the text that says The text below might uniquely identify you on the Internet.
#3 For example, if your IP Address was 208.74.204.259, then 208.74 would be the answer to the question.
@chigger wrote:Any suggestions? Thanks for getting me this far.
#1 Please post a tracert
From a command prompt:
TRACERT 69.167.135.37
#2 If that looks reasonable, then try
TRACERT 250free.com
#3
Let's eliminate a dirty dns cache on your system. Open a command prompt window as admin. [Assuming Vista or Win7: Start -> All Programs -> Accessories -> Command Prompt, right click and Run as Administrator]
Enter at C:\Windows\system32>ipconfig /flushdns [Maybe C:\>]

I couldn't get this to work using either C:\Windows\system32>ipconfig/flushdns

To be honest, what I have on 250Free is storage for streaming all my applet class/jar files for applets, IFrame Applets (including for my personal web site at: http://www.carolynann.us/Applets.htm ) a few wavs and all my eot files for streaming
It worked wonderfully for 3 years and I really hate to give it up.
You may be able to see the applet pages, but I can not.

#1 Note(s) about my route to that host:
a) For hop 1, 2, 3, and 4 - I decied not to post the full DNS name of those hops or IP Address(es).
b) Where 71.242 is the first two octets of my Static WAN Default Gateway and Static IP begins with those same first two octets - and I decied not to post that info.

Ok, moving along..
#2 When I use the DNS Tester that is addressed on http://www.grc.com/dns/operation.htm the DNS Servers that my computer are using, are showing up as green dot(s).
#3 Are the DNS Servers that your computer are showing up as, Orange dot(s), according to that tool?

According to the DNSBenchmark application, things seem to be running fine. Most dots are green with a few orange (gold), and states I am getting responses for most look ups.
My modem/router is a Westell VersaLink 327w
How will this info help get me in to my site at carolynann.250free.com?
I still think it is Verizon blocking my site on my machine. Others can see my streamed applets as long as they aren't using Verizon for their isp
