Can't receive any Verizon account emails

I have a problem where I can't receive any emails with the Verizon domain on it.  All others work.  I looked at the email setup and there is no blocking of the Verizon domain. What could this be?

What domain is your address on? It's difficult to guess what the problem is with so little information.
