I have called Capital One and AVG and the problem is not with them but, when I log on to Capital One Credit Cards it does not show me my account page. There is a message at the bottom of the browser window that says I am connected but the screen is blank. I have tried to log on with several different browsers and a couple of different computers. The only thing they had in common was that I was at home and using my Verizon internet connection. This has been a problem for over a month. Can someone help?
