DSL Dropout When Phone Call Comes In

Everytime I get a phone call, one of two things happens:  I can't use my dsl connection or it drops the connection altogether. I live in a 3 year old dwelling so age of wiring isn't an issue. I have the filter installed at the jack on the only phone in the house. Any ideas anyone???

Need to make sure you have filters on all of the phone lines.
