DSL Enhanced Frequently Has to be Reset

I recentlyhad issues with my basic DSL modem and they replaced it for a new WiFi combo modem.  The primary issue was that almost every morning, I had to reset my modem.  Tech support said my modem was outdated and shipped me  anew one.  I set it up and same thing happened.  Tech support again advised to change some parameters on the modem and thatw orked for about 2 weeks.  Same issue with resetting.  Then they sent a tech out and he said that there are too many people on the system in my area.  Is that true?  if so, what are my options?  Myself and my wife work from home and need the connection as well as I have Direct TV that needs connection.  I cannot get Fios and hate Comcast.  Please help with soultions or any ideas.  Thanks ina dvance.

 What modem did you use prior to the repalcement, and what modem do you have now? Just need the specific model number. We do need to grab the Transceiver Statistics from your modem to check for line issues.
