My DSL has been disconnecting from the internet several times a day, and I have to reset the modem to get the connection re-established. The problem is not with my computer or modem, because the DSL has been working fine for several years. There is no noticeable noise on the telephone line.
Same here! They charged me $40 for a new router & it still drops several times a day. Very frustrating... I think the only resolution will be to switch to cable internet & drop Verizon. Good luck!
MacBookPro user-VZ DSL for many years, now have Model 6100G. Continually receive notice Server problems like Operation Timed Out, or busy, etc. Would like to know if there's an updated DSL Modem? Or if it's the problem? Switched from VZ email to AOL, but still use 'verizon.net' for email.
