I am provisioned for 3Mbps which had been working fine until yesterday. Now it takes forever to load pages and I keep getting "page load" errors both in IE and Firefox and a lot of the pictures are missing (blank space with red X). I can't even get to the modem page to get the stats.
I talked to Tech Support and after going thru the "usual" steps (clear temp files, turn modem off/on, etc.) they told me that everything is fine and it must be my PC although I explained to them that I am havging the problem whether I use a wired desktop or a wireless laptop and that nothing had been changed on my end. I had trouble getting to the Verizon speed test page and when it did finally come up after numerous tries it showed 2.2Mbps. Still can't get to the stat page to post but I'll try later; it took me numerous tries to get to this page as well.
Is anyone experiencing DSL issues in Flushing? Is there anything else I should be looking at?
