I'm using the Westell 327, been a Verizon DSL customer for about 4 years now. There's been sporadic outages lasting a few hours every month or so, but this time it's been going on for nearly 18 hours nows. I've rebooted/power cycled my router, rebooted my system, and check the phone lines. No static or any noticeable issues found. 

Is this something on my end, or is it a Verizon Central Office issue like I've seen in other forums? Navigating help forums on a smart phone isn't easy, either. I live in NYC, and I'd imagine I'm not the only one facing this issue if it is a central office issue.

I am sorry to hear about the service loss.  If there are area troubles they usually get cleared up in a day or two. Since a few days have past, are you still having troubles?
