Our dsl has been out for almost 2 weeks, came back for almost 8 hours. I waited on hold yesterday for 2.5 hours and decided Verizon wins, there is no way for me to report the outage or get an update. Online reporting is for fios. The infrastructure is old, not going to be updated until replaced with fios in maybe 2060 ? but still, the bill is updated and sent every month.
