DSL yearly commitment

Our DSL yearly commitment 'contract' was supposed ot end August 1, 2009. We called in June 2009 to make sure we could change it for another year and keep same price. The woman who spoke to us said she would make the change then with old price, but commitment would end in June 2010. I called the other day to cofirm and the man we spoke to said the woman put through the change but did not autrhorize it. He said he would put another through which would end in July 2010. He also gave us a authorization number.

Is there any way we can check our Verizon web page to make sure the contract has been entended to July 2010 and at the same old price? I looked in Account but do not see a yearly commitment date or confirmed price. (The web site page is quite confusing!) Is there some other place I might be able to check?

We are living on small monthly income and really cannot afford the higher prices, taxes, etc.

to check about the price and plan available for you.

 

Please make sure you have Verizon.nwt username and password with you for login.
