Hello, we did a complete system restore & plugged our d.s.l. modem back up & we were on line. Don't we have to re-download the package first ? If so can you please tell me where i can find this link ? Our load time's are so slow now so sure we need to re-download, We lost our C/D that came with the modem ect. Hopefully this will only post 1 time, Thank you

If you reloaded your Operating system onto your computer and just re-connected the DSL modem, you do not need any software for the service to function. If it's slow it's from another issue. If you could describe what exactly is running slow, keeping in mind the performance of the computer itself we can help to isolate the issue further.
