Each Outlook Profile should be set up with a Unique Email Address which matches the email address on Verizon (Joe@verizon.net, Sally@verizon.net, etc...). The other thing that you need to do with Multiple Profiles is tell Outlook to prompt you on which profile to use:
- GoTo Control Panel and Select Mail.
- From Mail Select Show Profiles
- From the General Tab Select Prompt for a Profile to be used
I have several different profiles set up in Outlook 2007 and each time I start the propgram it asks me which profile I want to use, then it retrieves mail for the user id associated with that profile.

For OE (Oulook Express), it is a little bit different.
#1 Go to File -> Identify -> Manage Identifes.
#2 Select which Identify you want to use when OE Starts.
#3 And as need be select which Identify to use when a program can not ask which Identify to use.
Everything else, remains the same as to what BrianMcD said.
