Excessive Wait Times

I've had my internet out for over two weeks. Followed all the on line stuff and tried all the self help. Called numerous times in between work and committments and no help.  The one guy I spoke to said there were techs in the area and I should have it back up in 1-2 hours last week. I need to speak to a representative to get someone out here. I've been on hold for over 3 hours and 14 minutes. Really? 3 hours plus? This is so unacceptable. I need to talk to a human.
