I too am fed up with verizon low speed internet, lousy tech support and inferior equipment. I am now a happy surfer with my new cable internet service. I will be dropping all Verizon services as soon as I get my magic jack hooked up. I have two questions for this forum. Has anyone filed a complaint with the FCC and had success?
I feel Verizon owes me money back because they did not live up to their promise of 7 to 10 megabytes. Second, will I lose me verizon email accounts when I cancel? Thank you in advance for any help.
