Filters

I do not have filters on my phone line. Recently at night from 6:00pm to midnight my internet speed is slow. I have tried  restarting both the modem and the computer no improvement so i contacted verizon and they are going to send me some filters so that i can put on the phone line will this improve speed?

If you have phones connected to the same phone line with no filers, yes.
