I think I'm in the area where Frontier will take over our power lines from Verizon. Does anyone know if Frontier will almost immediately upgrade them, or if they even plan on upgrading them, cuz right now the lines by my house can't sustain anything except Dial-up. Please some feedback would be appreciated.
