Gaming troubles

I did tests and my internet is well, everything is portfowarded the way its suppose to be and everything can connect, everything looks completely fine but I have an issue I cant crack. A lot of the time when I play xbox, I'll have lagging problems and bad ping that really delays the game, I've reseted the router of course and done the necessary things like that, but nothing seems to solve the problem. The distance to my room from the router is short, and my stepfather can run his xbox one flawlessly with no problems. I'm out of ideas and hoping some of you guys can help.

What is the brand and model of your modem?


What is the brand and model of the RJ-45 WAN port router (if you have one connected to your modem) ?
