Verizon really needs to pressure their partners in ensuring that quality is paramount. I've been trying to watch HBO Go on my laptop for several days and can't. HBO Go is "not working" and I should "try again". This is unacceptable! Verizon shares no responsibility in getting HBO to correct whatever they need to make this application work. If Verizon truly cared about their patrons...they'd ensure that HBO is doing all they can to correct these issues. This is not the first time these issues have happened! Unacceptable!!!
