You call verizon support help? They made my connection slower and when I told them they said I had to do it or they would not send anyone to check my line. I have tried my modem on all my phone jacks with the same results on each with both my desktop and laptop. I am no rookie.
I am at 1.3 to 1.6 down and 175k to 250 up consistantly
I am paying for turbo at 7.1 down and 700k up.
Is there anyone around hetre who knows where I can get some actual help from this company?

Good luck in getting any help. Everyone I ever get a hold of after being on hold for a minumum of half an hour doesn't speak English and reads from a script. No help at all.
