My connection is so slow,I can't believe my dowloading is 2 and upload is 0.4 !!!! ( normaly near to 20 and 5) that crazy and i have to wait 2 minute to watch a small vedeo !!!
You are making us shoot into the dark, it could a number of things.
It would help to know, at least:
#1 The brand and model of your modem.
#2 The brand and model of your router,
