For the past month, the DSL drops its connection routinely at least ten times a day usually starting at 1 pm EDT and continues off and on for at least a hour or two. Seems strange that this only happens during the late spring and summer months here in MD. In the fall and winter no DSL problems at all. Is there a load problem when kids get out school? I know that it is not a router / modem problem because it is consistently a probem only during mid-day to early evening. I have read many postings of dissatisfied customers and I guess I will add myself to the list.
What suggestions apart from calling tech support which has only suggested a new router in the past to solve this problem is there?
