Not possible from Verizon Landland Services.
If you have Cell phone service from them go to Verizon's wireless forum to find out from your peers. https://community.verizonwireless.com
Otherwise (for Landline Internet - DSL or FIOS), you must your own NAT router that keeps track of your usage.
Search results from Google for FIOS cap

What is the brand and model of your NAT router?
If you have more than setup, say so and include network layout from the DSL modem Inward. Not from the phone line to the NID and beyond.. (The NID is where all of the phone lines connect where one side is for the consumer and the other is for the teleco.)

Sorry it has taken me so long to get back to you. I have the ActionTec model GT784 WNV. The set up is basic: router plugs into the phone jack. It is wireless. I use a laptop with a Netgear usb wifi adapter since the internal wi-fi adapter does not work. Running Windows 7 home premium sp 1.

Sad to say, your current router does not support that feature.
A new router is required
OR
If you have any spare computers with
Two NICs or you can add a second NIC into the computer.
then you can convert that spare computer into acting as a NAT router.
For more info, see

**
For example by a second NIC into the computer I mean a PCI NIC like the TRENDnet - Fast Ethernet PCI Adapter (Model: TE100-PCIWN).
Notes:
a) at least one of those two NICs, must be a wired NIC!
b) By spare I really mean spare. You will be loading another OS onto the computer.
c) Depending on the distro that you choose/select, it may be a distro designed for connection sharing (what you are trying to do) and may come with a web based UI (HTTP / HTTTPS) so that you do not need to sitting at it and typing in commands (! again Depending on the distro that you choose/select ! : expect maybe first time setup / as well after any reset this unit back the to defaults).

My PC has windows 10 and there just happen to be something about ethernet, wifi and wireless (meaning cellular I guess) but I do not think I have a cellular radio, however getting to the point...it shows Me how much data usage I use in a month.
I don't watch netflix but it once said 19Gb of data used.

If you have Windows 10, the Control Panel tracks how much network traffic you've consumed in a month. Consider it to be an estimation, because it will also count traffic to and from your home network, not just the Internet. Simply search the Start Menu or Settings app for "Data Usage" to see what Windows says.
Other platforms like Mac, and mobile devices, have apps which can be installed to track your data usage. Smart TVs and streaming sticks typically do not have this capability
