Now go back to those SNR (signal to noise ratio) and other dB numbers. What do they say? Those numbers can even predict future failures before you notice them. View the numbers to learn from the experience AND to know whether Verizon actually fixed something. Meanwhile, also post those numbers here. This discussion is for everyone's benefit. Contribute by posting those numbers during and after 'problem resolution'.
