according to your site you have min. guarntees for your internet connections. 1mb guarntee is 768kbps 3mb is 1.5mbps and so on. the verizon wireless on base here in japan offers and up to 12mb connection so the min should be atleast around 6-8mbs atleast. my connection test speed is half of 1mb and im being charged 100$ a month. i have complained about this a lot . and so have a lot of other military members .the verizon people here on base say its up to 12mb their is no min. why is the military getting ripped off ?
