I've been having this issue for over a year or so. I've called and contacted a representative, but still it doesn't help me as much. The modem I am running is a WESTELL model 6100, there are filters for every phone in the house, but there is still a problem. The house phone is 5.8ghz. Still I am not sure about what the problem is. Friends of mine have said " It's just the filters problem and maybe you need new ones." If it is the filter, where can I get a new one?
Please help asap, I'm sick of having this problem over and over. Everytime I call the representatives it seems like they're no help at all. Turning off the modem for awhile isn't enough--plus it doesn't even work and that's totally opposite of my problem. Please and thank you.
