Ok I know that on Monday my internet will be shut down for 4-6 hours while they switch to a "new port" so what is the excuse for it shutting down tody and calls to the tech number I was given are disconnected right after the recorded message to check everything and restar yadda yadda. So I spend another $50 to Att just so I can stay connected for a few days. I would like to know what the problem is this time?
Two outages today. One online chat to reset... then it goes out again. Why is it so frequent on weekends when real help is not available? Has verizon lifted it's block on copper net so we can get service from someone else?
