I understand that I was late on my payment do to the fact that money was very tight and needed to be used for other important items, a windshield with  hole through it from the snow storms and a flat tire from a nail.  But when the server says service will be fully restored within an hour of payment----Surprise----- IT SHOULD.  But NO, I am still without email and other functions since someone from the Financial Team has to unlock my account and they won't be there until 8am tomorrow.  Where the {word filter avoidance} they when payment was confirmed and accepted by 3:30 pm today.  Please give me the reason a company as large as Verizon is this pathetic.  And please spare me the weather related issues, the HQ is in Pittsburgh, like you shouldn't expect snow in the winter, Duh!!!
