#1 Visit http://www.giganews.com/line_info.html and post up the Traceroute the page shows, if you wish. Be aware that the final hop (bottom-most line of the trace) might contain a hop with your IP address in it. Remove that line. What I'm looking for is a line that mentions "ERX" in it's name towards the end. If for some reason the trace does not complete (two lines full of Stars), keep the trace route intact.
#2 Can you provide the Transceiver Statistics from your modem?
If you don't know how to get that info, What is the brand and model of this dsl modem combo?

It's a tool that traces your connection from two different servers, hence the two parts. Paste up the traces in their entire form.

Sorry about the delay in getting back. I've been trying to figure out where the Transceiver Statistics come from in the D-Link modems and it seems they may either be found at a hidden page or from a technical place known as Telnet or SSH. So, since you have one of those modems until we can figure out where it is we'll have to skip that part. We can improvise if you have Voice service however.
If you have voice service with Verizon, pick up your phone (Wired, preferably) and press a button to kill the dial tone. Does the line have loud buzzing sounds on it, static, popping, or other sort of noises or is it clear sounding? This should give us a gauge of line condition.
The traceroutes appear to be fine but they also do seem to be showing one or two insitances of some packet loss.
One final test to help us see where the problem is can be ran from the following place. Please run a Line Quality test and post back the result (it will be a URL) for us to see. This should give us some more complete traceroutes and it should also give us some pretty graphs showing how well your line transfers data.

The line have no noise; and the past few days my internet will lose all the speed outta of no where some point in the day which is usually during the night time like 7pm or later!!! i would i have to restart the modem and the capped speed would be slower than b4 the bandwidth/packet lost......
https://secure.dslreports.com/pingtest/b5b625c7aca4/2982210?r=300
i will try to do another test result when my internet turns to pooop like how i said up top ^, maybe that can show some problems or difference?
