called with dsl issues got directed to phone repair. set up date, verizon accused me of canceling (did Not) rescheduled for following day. tech informed us no problems call DSL tech. they are the ones who ditched us. still very slooow service and cannot use DSL. HEY VERIZON IM CALLING SOME ONE ELSE IF THIS GOES ON FOR ANOTHER 24 HRS. IM TIRED OF THE FLOOD OF PITCHES AND BULLYING FOR FIOS!
