I just reviewed my bill for this month and it has increased $7.00! I have DSL internet and half the time I cannot connect. I am unable to have multiple devices using the internet due to disconnection issues. Why should I be paying over $61.00 for internet service that does not work half the time! This is ridiculous!

$61 for DSL? What speed package are you paying for, and do you have anything else bundled into that price? $61 will buy you a nice Cable Internet package that beats DSL away, if you're using Standalone DSL.

Would you like some help troubleshooting the DSL? We'll need some information from you to help with that. Such as, if you have phone service, do you have noise on the line? Or, what sort of speed are you getting according to speedtest.net in comparison to what you pay for? Does it drop out on a Wired Ethernet connection to the router? Does the connection slow down at night with no other devices using your connection?
