My DSL internet Service is to slow

I have Phone line with DSL 3MBS and its really slow 1MBS so i went to my neighbor and thier dsl internet is faster than ours so i called Verizon and they said our lines are fine i am not getting the speeds i am getting

so they sent an technican and they said our lines are ok so as the HUB i mean this is starting to get me mad and if i am not getting the speeds i am paying for i am cancelling verizon DSL

can someone please help me with this slow speed.

Same thing happened with me and I'm thinking about canceling

Just to update Verizon is looking at our lines at the CO so hopefully it will get fix but if not i am cancelling
