Installed a new DSL-2750B router from Verizon. Have Windows 10. I used the WPS setup button on the side of the router to sync to my computer. Very simple and worked great. My question is this. Could this have connected to my near-by neighbor's computers too?

Doubtful first it’s range is not that great, and the device connecting has to be paired.

WPS requires both the router and the actual device to be present, and sync within a timeout period. It's unlikely your neighbor has connected.
You should avoid the use of WPS if possible, though. The PIN method especially is vulnerable to a brute force attack.
