For the past eight years, neighbors one street away have had DSL with their Verizon phone service. But we can't get it. What's the best way to persuade Verizon to expand the serivce by one block?
What part of the country do you live in? What service are you currently using?
Verizon's big "push" these days is for FIOS so I don't think they will expand by 1 block at this point. You could try finding someone in customer relations somewhere on the Web but I'm not sure how easy that is.
