how about standing up and being honest for number 1 your customer instead of your self . am suppose to be

getting 7 to 15 m  but im only getting 3 to 4 come on please this is getting old .

Could you please post your modem's Transceiver Statistics for us to see? If you need help getting these, please tell us what modem model you use. The D-Link modems are exception, as the pages seem to be hidden/removed.
