I have called Verizon multiple times because I have lost email acces on my iPad and iPhone. First I was told it was an apple issue. After multiple calls I was told there was a server issue that should be fixed in 48 hours and I woul receive a follow up phone call. I had to call back in 48 hours to be told someone will call you back in 24 hours. I called back FIVE days later to be told there is a server issue that will be fixed in 24 to 48 hours. I have seen on various forums that Verizon has blocked ISP addresses with time warner wifi. I tried multiple times to get tech to research if that was my issue and I get the same canned response......there is a server issue that will be fixed in 24 to 48 hours and someone will call you back. I am tired of being lied to and receiving no assistance at all. I would appreciate someone with some knowledge of what is going on to inform your customers and fix the problem.

Hi Cebceb,

Your issue has been escalated to a Verizon agent. Before the agent can begin assisting you, they will need to collect further information from you. Please go to your profile page for the forum and look at the top of the middle column where you will find an area titled "My Support Cases". You can reach your profile page by clicking on your name beside your post, or at the top left of this page underneath the title of the board.

Under "My Support Cases" you will find a link to the private board where you and the agent may exchange information. This should be checked on a frequent basis, as the agent may be waiting for information from you before they can proceed with any actions. To ensure you know when they have responded to you, at the top of your support case there is a drop down menu for support case options. Open that and choose "subscribe". Please keep all correspondence regarding your issue in the private support portal.
