Question regarding canceling an order.

Here's the situation:

I placed an order for a service upgrade. However, now I'm having second thoughts and wish to cancel this order. The service ready date has not been reached yet, so is cancelling this order(which is not my current month-to-month DSL plan) going to incur an early termination fee?
