Random DSL disconnection and reconnection

As the title infers, my DSL is randomly disconnecting and reconnecting. Not only that, but it was only recently upgraded to 3mps. The speed from the 192.168.1.1 tells me its 768kbps. After reconnecting, the speed would either slow down or go faster and this is really a problem for me because it happens every 10-30mins.

When your DSL disconnects does the modem lose sync?

Have you verified on multiple PCs?

What troubleshooting has been done so far?

I can also test from here.. shoot me a PM if you'd like..

Same problem here in Egg Harbor Township, NJ.  Been happening since about 9am.  If I go into the modem config, it will either say PPoE is down, or DSL is down alltogether.

 

The snow hasn't been that heavy yet, and it wasn't doing this ove the weekend when there was a ton.
