For past 10 days, I have been unable to receive emails from contacts. Am running Windows 7 Live Mail. Have spent over 4 hours with Verizon Tech. support. They say it's fine and hang up. They have gone on my computer and totally messed it up. Turned off security, allowed tons of spam . . .Still can't receive emails. Those who send emails get them back as undeliverable to my Verizon.net address. Any help is appreciated!
What is the reason listed in the bounce back message? If you can't find it, post the bounce back (minus and personal information) here and I'll see if I can find it.
